🕒 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


🌍 Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.


🚚 Estimated Delivery Time

We work with trusted suppliers and logistics partners to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Standard shipping typically takes:

  • 2-4 days from the date of shipment

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the product, shipping location, and carrier

Please note: shipping times do not include processing time.


💲 Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.


📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order anytime using the provided link.

If you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@ventyvo.com.


📬 Delivery Issues

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first.

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@ventyvo.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund where applicable.


🛃 Customs and Duties

We are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred during shipping. However, since we currently ship within the U.S. only, such fees are unlikely.
